August 18, 12:42
Children teams from 20 different nations took part in the thrilling second qualifying round. 10 nations particularly stood out, as they finished the first part with clear rounds. The second round was even more exciting as obstacles were stretched to the limit, which provided various opportunities for slips and mistakes. The Belgium team, Louise Van Laer (Stefanie), Zoe Conter (Webalia G), Gille Thomas (Wielisa) and Leen Verwimp (Ceringa) got off to a dream start in the second round and struck gold with only 4 penalty points.
For the first time in history, Austria won silver in the team competition. With clear rounds from Johanna Sixt (Lillifee), Lisa Schranz (V.I.P.2) and eight penalty points each from Jessica Vonach (Linara) and Stephanie Ausch (Wendy), Austria overtook Germany and France.
Germany and France, each with 16 penalty points, had a jump-off for bronze in which the French team dominated with three clear rounds.
